Rococo cafe formally known as 38 Special is owned by Brother duo Matthew and Travis Masters. In the kitchen and on the floor you will see Gail and the friendly face brewing the coffee is Francois.
We are situated in the Cape Town City center between the creatives and the hustle and bussle of city life. The building is over 240 years old and is located on Buitenkant Street. Rococo is a place where you can connect with others, create friendships, view amazing art and drink only the best organic coffee in Cape Town.
